I have lived there only for a short time and I guess since the last review this past summer a lot has changed. I do not have anything broken, stained or malfunctioning in my apartment now. when I moved in the faucet leaked, I filled out the move in sheet and upon turning it in the maitenance was there to fix it. I work a lot and when the property manager called to ask if the next day was good for the repair I managed to be there to let them in. Never has anyone just walked in my apartment or have been rude to my children or myself. The office staff is as friendly as when I moved in and when I call wanting to speak with a particular person I get a return call back within a reasonable amout of time. I must have really good neighbors or they are never home because I do not hear them at all.
