I have lived in this hell hole for almost a year the only reason we have stayd here soo long is because were saving for a house! When we moved in this ---- hole it had mice ---- across the whole apartment and mold in the second bedroom which was suppose to be my unborn childs room!!! the closet doors were coverd in it and when I told them about it they said it wasnt mold it was water damage ! (ummm dumb ass that is what mold is!) but tthe carpet has mold underneith of it and we have to have it shappooed once a month or black spots come up everywhere. Our car has been brooken into 3times and the management does nothing! The FAT ASS ----- of a manager is never avaiable and the two other girls are stupied as well and have ------- additudes everytime you complain about somthing!! I bet if there dumb behinds we paying WELL OVER 1000 a month they would be complaining about this ---- hole too! I dont recomend this place to anyone and when we move I will also post it in the paper to let everyone know how horriable this place is!! we also took pictures of the apartment because if my child gets a breathing problem because of this place (they dont change the filters they have black mold every where!!!!) we are sueing !!!!!!

I have lived/ or I should say I pay rent at Wood mill Apartments for about a year! After the first month I wanted/ and HAD to move out, due to the EXSTREAM POOR LIVING CONDITIONS!!!!!! The apartment is/was INFESTED with FLEAS/ and ROACHES!!! When we moved in!! There was MOLD in both bathrooms, and the Kitchen Appliances are sooo old the stove caught on fire! When I showed the management this they said that it wasn???t like this before I moved in! Well at the time I showed them the pictures I had only lived there for MAYBE a week or two!!! I had to pay for my own pest control person to get rid of the bugs and then... they just came back because the WHOLE BILDING IS INFESTED!!!!! I finally just moved out and I???m paying rent on two units! I didn???t think it was worth living there because of THE VERY POOR MANAGEMENT and honestly I don???t think they care about how and what lives there as long as they get paid!!!! The girl CRYSTAL has such a bad Attitude that I don???t understand why she works there if she doesn???t like her job!? The MANAGER HAS CHANGED THREE TIMES SINCE I WAS THERE! and the one they have now is NEVER THERE to complain about your unit!! or when she is she says she has more important things to tend too! (CAME FROM THE HORSES MOUTH)!!!! The Flooring in the apartment had RAT OR MICE POOP everywhere!! and in some spots it doesn???t come up!! I can???t believe they charge WELL OVER 1000 for a 2bedroom , 2bath and personally it isn???t worth 200! I???ve live in less quality area's before and have had WAY BETTER LIVING CONDITIONS THEN THIS!!! ALSO there MAINTNES people don???t have background checks, because I found that not only one, not only two, but four of their employees have either been convited for drugs, molestation of children, or theft! and have spent SERIOUS TIME IN JAIL!!! They give these people keys to your home to do random inspections!(why I don???t know they NEVER FIX ANYTHING!!!) I have had Items stolen from me in the VERY short time I was there and when I went to their management about it they said PROVE IT!!!! what the hell, I even caught the guy going through my kitchen looking for something! what I don???t know!? I have a daughter and I honestly had to move! when I found out all of this I almost pasted out! I can???t believe that they just hire anyone! and well I personally wouldn???t live her if it was that last place ever! I don???t ever recommend this place to anyone and I tell EVERYONE I MEET what happened to me I even Keep pictures of everything!! I have posted on a website for random people to view so they can see how POOR the Complex is!! I honestly think you would be better off SOME WHERE ELSE .... and I would STAY AWAY FROM< RABINO BUILT HOMES? APARTMENTS!!!! I hope you take what I have to say into consideration when you go to look into this place!
