Don't bother wasting your time or money at this place! You wind up paying way too much for nothing. The management will try to lose paperwork on you so you will have to pay more and more money. When I got this place, I found cigarette burns in my carpet and had no screen door. I was initially told there was a strict no noise policy, I have complained about the -------s living above me several times and nothing has been done. There are also people who live in other buildings who will park their vehicles in the parking spots assigned to your building. Crystal, one of the managers, is a total -----. When it comes to money, she will be the one calling you trying to collect. When she realizes she is in the wrong, she wants nothing to do with you. I think this place would be a lot better if the management was replaced or if the Village of Westover was blackballed.
