Please, save yourself the trouble, headaches and from the money grubing management. They are wonderful when you move it, but then they do everything in their power to ingore you and your rights. I've memorized the Delaware Landlord Tennant Code. VERY STRICT MOVE OUT POLICY. Heaven forbid, you must move before your lease is up.

If I need to get a grip, you need to find some couth and a little etiquette. By the tone of your email, you should look for a job at the Woodmill office! Your grammar and spelling is on par with the memos and newsletters we would get from Woodmill - written on a second grade level. Please learn how to spell. "Wine" is a beverage, not a verb. I do not think I am special - I was one of many opinions. Take it for what is worth. I know what you are worth.

get a grip didn't you know about the strict move out policy when you signed your lease??? So dont wine about it now, and if you memorized the DE Landlord Tenant Code than you should now that its the LAW and they can charge for breaking your lease early. What makes you so special that they should lose money on you and let you terminate your lease early without penalty??
