(user photo) this is the utility closet where there is mold every where!! (user photo) the damn air filter isnt even installed!!! and the one that was in was BLACK WITH MOLD!!!!

You people are such freaking crybabies, you knew in advance that if you broke your lease early for any reason that you would face penalties...correct' So why cry about it now!! You should already know that when you move into a large apt. community that at times you will have to wait for some of your issues to be addressed, there are other people that live in the complex besides you!! so next time use some common sense. And since you KNOW the the DE Landlord Tenant Code then you should have seen the part that is the LAW that they have the right to charge you should you break your lease early, again you were aware of that when you signed your lease!!
