Unfortunately, I would not recommend this propery. Management is nice enough and Kelly IS the manager, so it follows that she would not always be available. My apartment does have a lot of problems but the response from maintenance is usually sufficient, despite the fact that they don't seem to be able to fix anything. I DO believe that something is wrong with the thermostats, at least in my place. My utility bills are much higher than they were in my townhouse. Other than that, I feel safe here and it is relatively quiet, but because of the maintenance problems and the excessive utility bills, I will definitely be moving out at the end of my lease.

I KNOW WHEN I WAS LIVING THERE THE UTILITIES WHERE KILLING ME. I NOW LIVE IN A 3600SQ FT HOME AND MY UTILITIES HAVE GONE DOWN. GO FIGURE THOUGH. YOU ARE RIGHT THE STAFF IS NICE AND THEY ARE MAKING THERE LIVING AS THEY SHOULD BE BUT THE BUILDING IS JUST A DUMP. tHEY REALLY NEED TO DO SOME RENOVATIONS TO THIS PROPERTY.

I totally agree. I'm actually dealing with the same issue. My electric in the bigger 1 bedroom in NOVEMBER!! was 174 dollars. Half the time the thermo was off and windows n doors open. But with the NEW staff. (not the crazy dingbats that were there when i moved in almost a year ago) are much better and are doing there best with the limited ability maintence staff
