I have left three messages in the last two days and no one has bothered to return my calls. I've been calling to try to determine why they have sent me a letter threatening to take me to court for an unpaid bill that was not only paid, but paid long before it was even due. This is not the first time that an incident of this nature has occurred. It is obvious that the staff lacks the necessary training to run a business. Further, I called to inquire about an advertisement that claimed all of the first month's rent could be put towards the down payment on a new Vintage home. No one ever returned that call either. The management is untrained and unprofessional; the utility bills are ridiculously high; and the apartments are substandard. Do yourself a favor and find someplace else to rent if you ever want to have peace of mind.
