At first we thought how quiet and nice, once the lease was signed we began to realize the truth... There was a constant turnover of the office and maintance staff... Then there was a stabbings, break ins, robberies, drug dealing, etc... It got to the point where we hated to go out at night and thats when we had to move.

This is untrue. I live in the townhouses near there and never had a problem. And this has been almost 5 years. Maybe the person dealt drugs and had problem of their own.
