Appearances can be deceiving - Yes, the apartments are well appointed, but no real quality. They have noise guidelines, which keeps the place in check for the most part. Onsite "maintenance" man - Does nothing! I must say that I have had a problem with the ceiling in the bathroom leaking and until the "other" maintenance person came in I saw no resolution. He has also completed other job requests that were made to mr. onsite without any complaints and when he says he will be back, he comes back! He has even set out cat tracks and caught a nuisance cat!
