I can not even begin to give the staff and community of Appleby Apartments enough praise for the wonderful and professional job they did the three years that I lived there. For someone that is not even from Delaware, the friendliness of the staff, the safety of the community and the quality of my townhouse apartment, I felt like I was coming home every day. The prices are great and so are the people. I can tell you from experience that if you are to go anywhere else to rent, you will be wasting your money because in Appleby Apartments you are able to peacefully live with the comfort of being taken care of by the management and the maintenance.
