I have lived here for almost 5 years now, and I have never had a problem. Maintenance always comes within a few hours after you call with a problem. I was able to get many upgrades in my apartment when I renewed my lease. My neighbors are very friendly, and took care of my cat when I was away. I love having a balcony in my bedroom. Parking is sometimes a problem when I come home late, but other than that, I am very happy.

-I'd like to know since everythiing is eletric here what the average bill is ? Also do they still have those small apt size w/d units ? I do like the NO DOG POLICY ! Is there concrete soundproffing between floors/walls ?
