Granted, the neighborhood is not the best, but Appleby property management does it's part to keep the complex safe and nice for its residents. Units have security systems, there seems to be a "police" presence, and the office staff and maintenance staff are professional and very helpful. I haven't had any problems with roaches or termites in the 1 1/2 years that I've been here.
Love the new playground area for kids!
