The apartment was spotless when i moved in. Whenever there is a maintenance issue (rare), someone is there within 24 hours to fix it. During periods of heavy snow, every maintenance staff person worked overtime to clear the parking lot and sidewalks. Other than stray cats running around (from old ladies feeding them), it is a wonderful place to live. We are very glad we chose Beaver Brook as our home for 2 years.
