I've lived here twice, a couple of eyars in the early 90's and moved back again in the late 90s. Some of the tenants had been there for 20 years.

The management people were terrific!

But the buildings were poorly designed for fire safety .. once a fire started it spread rapidly and the whole building ended up homeless.

Safety is a real problem .. the police rarely patrol and large groups of single men with nothing, apparently, to do but lurk live in apartments meant for families. They fight each other and threaten whoever they want.
