A great place to live

I lived there for about two years and it was a really nice place to live. The apartments were a little old but that made them a lot more sound proof and sturdy. The maintenance responds quickly and they are always there to help. The police do patrol the area because a lot of people speed through and ignore the stop signs. I never had any issues with safety and the apartments are very spacious. I do recommend Beaver Brook if you are looking for a quiet, peaceful, and comfortable place to live. Also, ADA in the office is one of the nicest people that you will ever meet.
