I've lived in Beaver Borrk for about 3 years and it's overall a nice place to stay, keeping in mind that it is dated...the capet in the hallways is dirty looking, and maintenance is great, but things are always breaking! Overall I'd stay here again, the staff is friendly, helpful and it's pretty quiet with the upgrades they keep making..from what I've heard it used to be a dump here, but it hasn't been the 3 years I've been around..
