About 2 months ago, I had to call the maintenance one night after hours because I was locked out of my apartment-not because I didn't have my key, but because the lock was stuck and wouldn't budge at all. I left a message on the emergeny voicemail line explaining my problem. After about an hour, they still hadn't returned my message or showed up, so I figured I would have to take care of it myself. I had to call a locksmith and pay $50 for him to basically jiggle the lock around for a while and finally spray WD-40 to loosen the lock. Nobody in the office or from maintenance returned my call that night, morning, or EVER. What if I didn't have any extra money to pay for the locksmith' I probably would've been locked out of my apartment until the next morning because of these people. I never even got a call the next morning to make sure everything was okay and that I had gotten in my apartment. They turned out to be pretty unreliable when I needed them. Also, the young lady in the office is completey RUDE and inconsiderate.
