I love living in Colonial Village Apartments. I have no problems since I moved here. I have alot of closet/storage space. I have never had any problems with heat or hot water. A new management company took over and the new office manager is very nice. I would reccomend these apartments to anyone. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

that is a flat out lie. these apartments are poorly constructed, the windows are drafty in the winter and you're freezing half the time. in the summer it's hot and humid in the unit. they control the heat so you can't turn it off and on when there are 60 degree days in the winter. you can hear everything through the walls so if you don't want anyone to hear your conversation you should be whispering. there's drug activity, it's poorly lit at night time, they don't fix things in a timely manner, i wouldn't doubt if the person that said they love living here is the new woman in the office. please run in the other direction. you get way less than what you pay for at this place, it's horrible and i can't wait until my lease ends!

that's crazy, they don't control the heat, i am able to control the heat myself. you say you can't turn off the heat, but at the same time why would you want to since you say it's cold and drafty, makes sense. yes i can hear my neighbors above me walking around but not the beside me and you can expect that living in an apartment complex! durr

I never in my life lived in a place that was a hell hole lke this place. At firdt it was nice but then the NEW manager came. I have never been so disrespected as much as she does. You can control the heat but its either to hot or to cold. You have to seal the windows in the sumer time or you will have a very high electric bill. God forbid you ask them to fix sometihng. They have fix it and then tell you its okay. Not to mention the repair men dont speak english. I mean are you serious cant wait to get out of here.
