I WILL BE MOVING IN THIS SPRING...HAVE BEEN OUT THERE ALOT...VERY NICE....LOTS OF ROOM BIG WALKIN CLOSETS...LAY OUT IS GREAT...QUITE ..SOME OF THE RESIDENTS I'VE SEEN WHILE OUT SEEM TO BE VERY PROFESSIONAL APT MANAGER IS VRY NICE HER NAME IS GRACE..I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE...

Be aware that Deemers Landing sits atop a former environemntal dumb site that was never cleaned up before the complex went up a couple of years ago. Especially if you have a ground floor unit, you are going to be getting like 6-times the radon and God knowns what else, I was told. Beware!!!

Actually ( and Iam not a tenant). The site has had so many soil tests done . this was not a dump site but an old steel mill. The city of New Castle has any records that you want regarding the safety issue, the previous writer spoke about. man talk about negativity.The site was zoned residential commercial hence , the apartment complex. Believe me, If it was not a safe area to build on . There would be no apartments.

How is the safety here? I am thinking about moving here? Is there alot of crime around that area?

I am not a tenant, yet, but I hope to be by the end of May or June. I went to view the apartment with my friend and we both loved the layout and the Office Manager Grace was so nice and helpful. I have been looking at many apartments and I have to say this has been the niecest.
