We moved into Deemers Landing in 2006 and moved to Nashville, Tn in 2008. We love our new place and being close to our daughter. But we miss our home at Deemers Landing. We would recommend Deemers Landing to everyone we knew who was looking for a nice place to live.

The place is well maintained by a great staff and Pedro does a fantastic job landscaping and maintaining the area. We miss everyone, and will stop by when we are back up that way to visit.

It's funny to see how many posts appear all within the same timeframe... check out this other site... between two sites, in two weeks... they have 3 postings with the BEST reviews. I'm living in Atlanta, looking to move up there and every time I come across a review about this apartment complex, I'll post a message like this and link them all together. I'd rather just see a post that says, "I'm the manager of the establishment..." then see them try to sell the REAL benefits of the place. Deceit about positive reviews, makes me believe the comments in the other post that said this complex was built on a "former environemntal dumb site that"... read it on the comments from the post on "02/21/2007". http://www.merchantcircle.com/business/Deemers.Landing.Apartment.Homes.302-323-8830

Not sure about the environmental dump site, didn,t here that one, I just know it was great for us when we lived there. Quite neighborhood, good staff and great area. We loved it. And would still recommend it to anyone. I hope you at least check it out. It is in the Old New Castle area, that is very historic.
