Over priced ----- is a -------! They try to take all of your money by making up all of these fees. Why pay a swimming pool fee when you move in in November! BS! Stay away too many fees and they keep all of your security deposit! The neighbor hood sucks. Lots of ------ in the buildings and lots of robberies. I saw a robbery at a gas station the 1st week I moved in to Deemer's Landing. The neighbors are noise parking is okay. There is dog crap all over the grass, the office staff sucks. ----- seems nice until you sign away your security deposit. I was there for 3 months and she kepts almost all of my security deposit. It is illegal to keep a a non refundable pet deposit. I called up the Attorney Generals office on Deemer's landing and they had to give me my pet deposit back. They try to keep you pet deposit even if there is no dammage. A security deposit is suppose to protect a Landlord from dammage. It's not suppose to be a way where they take even more money from you when there is no dammage. Best bet stay away from Deemer's Landing. They will rip you off! By the way living on the 3rd floor sucks. No elevators and there is 43 steps to the top. Sucks to move in and out and sucks bringing up groceries.

i am currently looking for an apartment in the New Castle/Wilmington area and have read many reviews on this website. This one, by far, is the most obscene and useless negative review I have found yet. Clearly, you are angry about losing your deposit, but I suggest you mature your vocabulary so that some people might actually find value in what you have to say. I was/am interested in the negatives about these apartments, but am getting noting out of your review other than you got back your pet fee. Would it be possible that you clearly state the negatives? Thanks
