We've been at Deemers a little over a year. I'd say the entire time has been pleasant. We just signed up for another 2 years. The complex is small and quiet most of the time. The good sized apartments (ours is 1100 sq ft) keep noise from neighbors to a minimum. There is always parking and a decent outside area for summer and bbq events. I just wish they had an elevator to make moving in to the 3rd floor a little easier! I wouldn't suggest a 3rd floor apartment for older people since carrying groceries can be a bit of a chore. The washer and dryer in every unit is an excellent addition. The extra powder room makes getting ready for work in the morning a breeze fo my girlfriend and I can stay out of each other's way! You won't find a better apartment for working people and couples with small or starting families.
