Luxury Apartment, should be Spurious

If you see the front sign, Luxury Apartments, do not let those words fool you. I lived there for a dreadful year. This is the worst (Luxury) apartment ever. If your looking for a substandard living style, well this is the place. Do not take my word for it, look around when you visit the place. You will see trash all over the road, overflowing trash dumpsters, a frequently mended fence from the next door apartment complex, -------- hanging around the back road drinking beer, sewer flies in the apartments, neighbors drug dealing, early morning mexican music, late night balcony Karaoke, annoying upstair neighbors, by the way the floors are hollow, so you can hear everything up stairs. Limited parking, when 6 mexican males living in a 2 bedroom apartment each having an automobile, parking can be a problem. Be careful when a local towing company needs some extra money, they find any reason to tow your vehicle, its kind of suspious when 6 tow trucks come in and tow away vehicles parked in yellow curbs areas (no parking) only because there are no other parking spaces available, but the apartment complex never called the tow company to remove thses vehicles. Be prepared to buy your own air conditioners, 3 would be recommended, 1 for the living room, and 2 for the bedrooms. Also add electric heaters, just in case the steam does not work and you need heat, 4 heaters recommended, 1 for the livingroom, 2 for the bedroom and 1 for the bathroom. Use caution when inquiring about this complex. It happened to me and yes I tried to get out of lease, no luck. The best way I figured to get out of a lease is to relocate to a different city as required by your employer. Like I said before if you like substandard living conditions well this is your place.
