Great apartments and location

You cannot beat Scotch Hills for value, location and staff. This is located near all the major highways, shopping and restaurants. The property manager and staff is the best that I've had at apartment complexes (this is my 4th). They are very responsive to your needs and is willing to make your stay at Scotch Hills enjoyable.
