The apts.are great. This is a decent neighborhood...not too much noise and the grounds are well kept. However, the maintenence is slow sometimes and there has to be another way to give a tenant pertinent info. other than hanging it on your door. The $45 late fee for being one day late is a little steep too. Other than that we love it.
