I curreenetly live at Beaver Boork-#2 rated at 71% approval, I'm consdeing a large 2 br end unit on the first floor, those who have lives at scotch hills can tell me I'm sure which are the better locations/sections to avoid dogs, also is there an over 40 area of sorts reserved for newbies, that is those who have fun but respect noise limits. How are the heating bills in the winter and the cooling in the summer'
