I can only speak where my apt was (the road in front of leasing office all the way down). For my less that 6 months my stay was enjoyable. I kept to myself and those around me did the same. It seemed everyone was single so it was quiet.

The office staff or at least the ones expeireinced, Manager and another that is no longer there were great to me. I also used the internet to communicate with managment and always had quick responses and wow you could pay your rent with a debit card too(small fee which would be great if there wasn't one at all). First apt complex I lived in that i could do that.

The apt itself was nice i liked that layout. Huge bedroom, huge walkin closet. It was nice and modern looking.

I would recommend living there.

I feel as though the saftey around the neihborhood isn' as good as it could be. Since living there there have been sevral problems. My car was broken into and break in have occured. The police are always in the area. And the I don't feel as though the managment dooes enough to enusre that there is saftey nor do they inform their tenants. I would not reccomend living in Scotch Hills
