These folks are ok..the neighbourhood is fine...BUT remember they have a very unresponsive team when it comes to money. And yes they will try and milk out every penny from you when you are leaving.
I doubt if anyone has ever got his/her deposit back

if you read your lease and know the DE landlord Tenant code, they have 20 days to access any damages after move out. know this because I am a Real Estate Agent
