THIS PLACE HAS MORE CHARGES FOR THINGS THAN ANY OTHER PLACE I HAVE EVER HEARD OF. THEY CHARGE FOR THIS AND THAT AND THEN THAT. IS ALL THIS CHARGING LEGAL' I HONESTLY WONDER. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7

Did you give ample notice? Did you leave your place a sty? Did you paint the walls, other than their original color? Did you owe any dues? "THEY CHARGE FOR THIS AND THAT AND THEN THAT.", ...is quite vauge. I've had a few friend's move in and out with no problem's.

Who was talking about notice. I gave 2 months. my place was not a sty, the walls were not painted. I lived there for 4 years and was charged when they lost my rent check, charged for a satellite dish, and charged 25.00 for them to tell the mortgage co that we paid our rent on time every month. No one had ever heard anything about that. They make up charges just to get more money. I do not know what Orginal Poster was meaning..but that is my issues. Thank the lord I am out of there
