You'd think you guys would try and be creative, yet all you do is write up some bland paragraph and give this place 5 stars for everything. You are the ones who are solely responsible for the decline here, and why most of the decent people have left. Besides a few blank negative ratings on here, most have LEGITIMATE complaints. Maybe you guys should try putting some effort into improving the community, the same way you like to monitor this site.
