I am currently a tennant and the apartment itself is nice good layout and lots of room. The location is nice but that's about where the good stuff ends. There is always noise outside, people shouting, music blaring, children screaming. Right now at 1am there was a guy outside of his car yelling at someone. This is not a once in a while thing, it happens almost every night.
I don't understand parents letting their children just run around the complex. They go where they want and do what they want. I had some of the kids playing baseball with rocks, yes rocks, right next to my car. They hit my car with one of them and ran. Luckily I heard them and I tracked them down and reported them to the office, only to have them do nothing about it. Another time they threw a ball into the gutter above my door. They asked me to climb onto the room to get it. When I told them that there would be no way I would they started to try and climb up the gutter. They sit right in front of my door and no matter how many times I have asked they insist on sitting right there.
As far as the "fitness room" goes there are 3 pieces of equiptment, I hardley think that qualifies as anything to great. I went in the other night and it was almost 80 degrees in the room, how are you supposed to work out in that kind of heat' The bathrooms are locked up at night, I mean what am I supposed to stop working out, go home use my bathroom and then go back' There should at least be a water fountain in the room. I ran out of water one day and had to walk home to get more. Plus there is nothing to clean the machines with after each use, which is completely disgusting.
The maintinance responce time is the slowest I have ever seen. I had a leak in my kitchen that took close to a month to fix. The office staff dosen't do anything when you talk to them they tell you ok I will get it taken care of and then nothing happens. I don't know why Amanda left but she was the one person in that office that actually did anyhing.
I would not reccomend this place to anybody. I just wish I had known all of this before I moved in.
