I have never lived in such a horrible place. Their maintenance men are incompetent and management doesn?t care. The neighborhood has lots of crime and management won?t get any security. Someone was shot and killed a couple of weeks ago in front of our mailboxes and they still won?t get security. My washing machine is broke and all they said was "we?ll fix it when we can." They knew for 6 months that I was moving in and they still didn?t have the carpet replaced the day I moved in. There were so many things wrong with the place when I moved in I had to create a 3 page list and prioritize which problems were most important. It took them 6 months to fix most of them and some still aren?t fixed. All of my neighbors can?t stand this complex either. It is not a good place for kids. There is no playground and if your stuff on your porch isn?t tied down, it will disappear. There is always someone getting stuff stolen, damaged, or attacked. I am from the Detroit area and this place would be suitable for anyplace south of 8 mile and North of the Rouge River.
