I don't know who wrote the negative things about Stonebridge, because it is not true. I have lived in the development for 1 year now and I haven't had any problems. The grounds are always kept up by the maintenance crew. The office staff are always professional and handles every complaint. I haven't seen any crime, nor helicopters flying over the development. It is so quiet in the development that it is unreal. I often take walks in the morning and the evening around the development and I have not felt that my security was threaten. The comment about kids not safe walking to Walmart...kids shouldn't walk to Walmart by themselves anyway. There is a path to the store from the development, but it is also surrounded by woods, so kids shouldn't walk to Walmart anyway unless their parents are with them. In fact, the maitenance crew is normally on the grounds very visible in case of danger. If your thinking about moving here, then please come out and view the property yourself and form your own opinion. It is a great place to live.
