Honestly,

I can't see how the office staff writes a review like the one below with a straight face. They have to know the conditions that prevail in and around the neighborhood. One review from the office even tried to blame the children and parents themselves for the unsafe enviornment. Yes children need to be supervised, but they should be safe. These people have no shame when it comes to "try"
promoting these apartments as something they are not. THEY ARE NOT A SAFE ENVIORNMENT! Talk to the current tenants, stroll around the grounds and look at the type of people who come and go. Call your non-emergency number of THE POLICE DEPARTMENT AND ASK HOW OFTEN THE POLICE ARE CALLED HERE. There have been more than a few notable incidnets here. The office is misleading, maintenance slow, and the apartments themselves in need of repair. But the main point is the area. If you tour the place, be very careful after dark.
