Basically this is typical of the management of this place. Look at the positive reviews, 5.0, eh' So the place I assume must be perfect. Again most or all of the positve reviews are from the office and by the same person, I am sure. The reviews are fake, the place is a mess, and unsafe. Cheaply built, poor maintenance, and ghetto neighborhood. Check the crime stats with the police. ALso look at the postings on here (not all by the same person, like the mangement) about the crimes that have taken place. Drug dealing, shootings ect. I have heard rental offices hate this site as it gives the tenants a place "to tell it like it is" without fear of retaliation. Also good to get info from other tenants about the place. This site apparently worries the office very much. Also a wiser person once said "better to believe a used car saleman than a desperate apartment manager".
