How about safety' How about walking around the "hood" at night' Did you feel safe' Was mangement responsive to any maintenance requests' What are your neighbors like' How long did it take to get a maintenance request done' Was the neighborhood well-lit, what type of people were on the streets' And please see under these ratings "I am the manager", they put that there for people like you. Illiterate office reviews don't cut it.
