I don't know who you are that keeps writing all these negative comments, but as far as maintenance issues, pay your rent on time, maybe that'll help. I live here with 2 small children, and I feel very safe here. Yes, I walk the property at night, and did before I moved in to be sure. When you see older people walking their dogs at night, you can't argue with safety. As far as the crime - a few incidents shouldn't scare anybody away. I've seen crime in some of the most expensive parts of Delaware. I am very happy living here and so are my children. Maybe you should go to the Village of Windhover if you want to see crime. You'll get to learn how to roll a joint right on your front step (while your kids watch) Also, if you are so unhappy and unsafe why stay for 3 years, and why keep yourself anonymous' Thank you to the staff of Stonebridge.
