Everything was okay until after we sign the lease. The first apartments we were going to move into the fridge was completely molded inside. The apartment we selected always had water leaks above the patio door, patio screen always falls off, and lets not talk about the ants and spiders and some bugs I never seen before in the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room. The carpet had cat urine stain and the bathtub and washer was full of cat hair. I thought my neighbor had a herd of cows upstairs with the stomping all day and night. I could also hear my neighbor using the toilet. They built these complexes too fast, just threw them up. Winter, I felt like I was outside, average gas bill was $230 a month. I open a panel in the closet and saw the ground. Cheap apartments, high rent. The apartment look better when we left than when we moved in.
