we lived in the apartment for over 4 years...it has gone down hill considerably..there are drug dealers hanging out on the electric boxes...a million bratty kids that constantly play in the middle of the road and have zero respect for cars...their footballs, basketballs, etc hit our cars nearly every day its nice weather outside. they are loud and very annoying !! and i actually like kids, but not little ghetto ones !!

the apartments are falling apart...horribly inefficient air conditioners....almost 300.00 for a summer electric bill and we kept the air on 80 degrees !! the management is awful, they only want your money and place zero value on good tenants. we also had to pay an extra month of rent even though they had a written notice of our intent to vacate, but because we didnt give them an exact date, we instead said the middle of the month we were charged the extra rent. they wouldnt work with us and flat out told us they dont reward people for being good tenants. they should be so lucky that all their tenants were like us, instead of the garbage they have living there.

buyers beware....there is a reason new castle police frequent this complex daily !! its not a good area...and the rent is astronimical for what you get : basically a crap-hole !!

thankfully we moved on to bigger and better things...despite everything we made it our home because we had too...but we would never, ever, ever recommend this complex to anyone, ever !!!!
