This place is rotten!!! it is the same as lexington green apts, Chestnut hill crossing apts. The apt is old and rotten from the cabinets to the tub and sink The mold level is so high in these apts that it will cause medical problems. Look out for there trap when you see the front entrance with all those flowers and pretty sign showing luxury apts, Luxury what! old doors, old stove, cracks in walls and torn window screens that do not allow you to open the windows. The spiders and ant infestation from the close proximity of the woods are still able to enter your apt because of non repaired cracks in the window framing and doors which are hidden by the landscaping. The bathroom sink cabinet smells from mold and rotten wood, the dryer and washer are so old that you have to dry your clothing 3 times to complete your washing. I wish I would have checked the apt and not the model apt... I expected luxury instead I have old last leg substandard for the amount of rent being paid. I beg you do not listen to the ads that state this is a nice place you will regret it.
