I currently live in Stonebridge Apts. and after reading some of the negative reviews I had to check to make sure I was getting the right number to call the office. First off, when we moved in this place a year ago, Stonebridge had a 75% positive rating. Just recently I renewed my yearly lease - because I lived in bad conditions I know what they are and this place is excellent in my opinion. As I have very high standards to meet, this is a huge compliment.
Maintenance - I had a hot water heater start leaking water over night, that day they came to try to repair it. As it was unable to be repaired they replaced it with no questions asked. Very professional, kind, and curtious - and did so without getting water all over the place. PRO!
Office staff - Any questions I may have they are able to answer them and promptly! They provide you with updates as to when they will change filters or do seasonal inspections. They do NOT just schedule something and walk in your place.
Security - I work an odd schedule as I come home during some late hours and when I have to walk acrossed the parking lot I feel safe. No one is around at night, they keep the parking lot lit. AND most importantly I often see police patrolling the area late at night. I never worry about my car being broke into or stolen.
Bugs - As far as roaches I never seen one. We had a minor problem with ants near the door. Maintenance was notified and the exterminator was out the next day and I have not seen anything since. The office staff also provided ant traps.
OVER ALL - Yes I would recommend this place, TO MY FAMILY MEMBERS! Would I move here again if I had the choice' YES! gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

I'm confused...everytime a review is written that is a "positivie" review, it MUST have been written by office staff? Ever think that maybe people like living here?
