I read this website all the time. I just wanted to add some of my own comments from my own current experiences at The Villas. I have to agree that they were not very good for years, but as of about a month ago we got new owners, maintenance and staff. I went to the office with my list of complaints and obviously not a very nice attitude. I met the new manager. She actually scheduled an appointment for the maintenance gentleman to come fix all my issues and sure enough he came on time and cleaned up his mess. Truly a first. They are also in the middle of putting intercoms in all the buildings. They actually just finished renovating my apartment building with new carpet and paint. I hope this is the kind of service that continues because I have a very good feeling about the new manager and maintenance and I don't want to be dissappointed.
