While living here at Villas apartment, I called the office because my water was off, I was about to take a shower and was not happy. They told me that there was a pipe in a wall that needs to be replaced so they had turned the water off after tearing the wall open. I stated it would have been nice if I would have know, I would have already taken a shower, instead of saying I apologize for the inconvenience and we will have the water back on as soon as possible, the rep stated that it would have been nice if the pipe would have told us it was going to break. I may be wrong but that not a very good response.
