I have been living here for almost a year. When I first moved in it was very quiet and nice. I had a problem with a bug infestation but after 5 months they finally ended it. Now I have new neighbors that are filthy and they leave trash in the hall. I have never had roaches in my home, but recently I have noticed them coming in. I also had a large hand sized spider and a 5 1/2ft. snake in my apartment. I had to couch surf for two weeks beofre giving up and moving back in. They told me it was an act of god and they couldn't do anything about it. Thanks. The people moving in are not the type of neighbors I want to have for what I pay to live here. There are also several illegal immigrants in our building.

I beleive this persons editorial because the management allows filth of the human and inhuman kind to reside on the property.

Do you think people are going to tell you their bad habits up front? I was in the management business for a long time and the reason why I got out of it was because I lost my faith in humanity. The things people do these days are nuts and its always the last person you would think would do something like that. The worlds crazy. Maybe you should blame it on your neighbors. Maybe they qualified but behind closed doors they weren't the best. Everyone should always put themselves in others shoes. Be kind and pass it forward.
