The response you have given leaves me confused.I think you rated the wrong apartments. The office staff must have been there for you to see them smoking and using their personal phones and you must have spoken to them to render them "blah".Plus are you stalking cleaning and maintenance people in order to report their whereabouts' Do you actually know that this spanish girl is a hard worker' Have you been checking passports and papers of other residents to know for sure they are illegal or are you so racist and biased that anyone of one color or race is illegal' The bottom line is what does this have to do with living in the Villas' P.S. Check your spelling!!!
