Stay Away -- kids play EVERYWHERE and that means the parking lots, the streets, the courtyards between the buildings, around the buildings (even though it is posted on the buildings not to). Yeah, you guessed it, you won't be able to hear your TV let alone someone talking in your own living room! Oh, and I guess it goes without saying, there is NEVER an adult with the kids. I'm really surprised no kid has been kidnapped since on last check, there were two sex offenders living here.
Maintenance is slow, and by slow I mean weeks and months. When/if they show, they are completely ineffective.
Security doors either don't work, or are propped open -- REAL SECURITY!
And speaking of security, or lack of, I know of two cars that were stolen from the parking lot - one right in front of tenant's apt.
Police are here constantly - and not just for a check up drive through.

Guess what, schools out. Ride through alot of developements and you will see kids out playing, and no their is no adult with them. And there is probably sex offenders living there too. Can't blame management because parents let their children out to play without supervision. Maybe you should send those parents a letter. As far as maintenance goes, never had a problem. Of course maybe your one of those who added a lock, changed their lock,and didn't give the office a copy of the key, or refused to let them in unless someone is home for some insecure reason on your part. Don't wait until a problem is real bad before you call maintenance. The office personnel is a very qualified and professionel staff. They go out of their way for the tennants. Maybe the tennants better read their leases to better understand the rules. Stop putting the blame on the staff. Get off your butts, and become part of the community. When the office has a party, ask if you can help out.

The above response is obviously from the office doing damage control about this dump. Everything in the review is true, and then some. My sister lived here, and we had to get her out for her own safety. Yeah safety, that is how bad it is. As for the Management that keeps harrassing the tenant's reviews on here, why don't you try running the complex and not post phoney responses on here to try to make this place look good? Then maybe there would be something good to say. The above response was a complete distortion, written by the office.

THANK YOU ANONYMOUS 6/19/2007!!!!! ROCK ON!!!!! I could not believe the post saying the office personnel is very qualified and the maintenance staff professional. DEFINITELY A POST FROM THE OFFICE--JUST LIKE YOU SAID! If maintenance was so professional, then tell me why it took not one visit, not two visits, not even three visits, but four visits (4) for maintenance to fix a leak in a faucet. ONE LOUSY LEAK THAT WENT ON FOR OVER A YEAR!!! Three different people working on it!! Good God, and all they can say is I should have done more with the parties? Glad you got your sister out in time anonymous 6/19/07!!! THANKS AGAIN!!

I lived there for 2 years and yes the were problems but nothing that couldn't be fixed. As far as children playing thats what they DO!!! They didn't bother me or my family! The staff was pretty GOOD took care of all of our request and I must say the apartment is a DAMN good size for the price! The bottem line is no matter where you go there are going to be problem but it us the the people who LIVE there to BE the PROBLEM or the SOLUTION!

Why does everyone assume every post that's positive is from the office. I am a resident her since November 2009 and very pleased. Kids playing out side is a ridiculous complaint. they aren't your kids so mind your own business. management isn't a childcare service. There are no child molesters living here. I just checked. literally two minutes ago. none that are registered as sex offenders are allowed to move in. The complex has all the usual things wrong that every complex has. too many apartments and not enough maintenance ppl. but the rent is very cheap and the apartments are huge.

I lived there for a few years and the kids in the parking lot IS MY BUSINESS, especially when I can't get into a space because kids are crawling all around in it. A busy driveway is no place for kids! Then the parents complain about you honking your horn trying to get into a spot, and mgmt treats you as if you DROVE THROUGH THE PLAYGROUND!!! And my upstairs neighbor's kid stole my brand new car, right out in front of my apartment. Nuff said here.
