THE Villas is the WORST PLACE TO LIVE.
They are infested with COCK ROACHES.
And they do not even attempt to get rid of them.

Well I have lived at the Villas for 6 years and I love my place. I don't have a problem with the office or any of my neighbors. I got a new a/c the other day and I'm happy! Happy! Happy!

Why doesn't the rental office stay off of here? This response is obviously from them. My sister lived here and it was a dump, and there was a roach problem. Nothing was done. If the rental office would spend more time addressing the problem instead of writing phoney, moronic reviews, perhaps things would improve. Glad my sister is out of there.

Ok...roaches...Its an apartment complex. If you are dirty you will have bugs. If you want to be a dirtball then go get a house that isn't attached and be dirty all day long. I have seen one roach the whole time I've lived here and they came right in an exterminated the day i asked. And i have never seen another one in 9 months!
