I can't believe the bad reviews I see about the Villas!! I have lived in the Villas for 7 years now and I have to say I have had a pleasant experience all around! My child was 4 when we moved in and I didn't have any concerns about the people in my section nor in any other part of the villas. The ladies in the office are sweet, very professional, patient and are willing to work with me when and if I fall late on my rent. I would recommend the Villas to anyone who is looking for an apartment. The apts. down the street beware! That's where the drugs and crimes are taking place. Stop by the Villas and see for yourself how the grounds are being kept and how the kids are outside palying and having fun no matter what race they are!

Okay, this is obviously a rental office posting, doing damage control. You can seriously give this dump a 5.0 rating?? I wonder who in the office posted this, LOL.

Agreed, my lease is up next month and can't wait. I have a huge infestation problem with roaches. Mold in my bathroom. First time late on rent I received a letter with huge writing and a late fee telling me to pay or they would begin an eviction process, and this was my first time ever being late.
