The apartments are spacious but infested with roaches. I like the area and would consider staying if it wasn't for the roaches. I also have a mold problem in my bathroom that I had to call four times about just to hear "try cleaning it with bleach and water" before they'll send maintenace men out.

this place is a dump , do not do it , the management is still in place since i left 3 years ago , i have one friend that still puts up with it because he's disabled , and is afraid of unknow , he still complains to me , but i can't convince him to leave , tammy , must have pix , how else could she keep her job . do not believe positive review , likely written by management !!

Update to my post: I have moved out and now The Villas are withholding over $100 from my security deposit for extermination costs. I never had roaches before moving here and now they want me to pay for them! I'm soooo glad to be gone from this complex.

Roaches is right! Mold to go along with it... We had the apartment management get pest control here twice for the roaches and the problem still isn't fixed! We did the bleach and water on the walls, it seems like a more serious mold problem then that though and they just cover it up with more paint! I'd love to see health control come out here and tear those walls down, they'd probably find tons of deadly black mold back there. Spacious is right but be willing to share that space with other creatures and MANY unwanted insects! If you like apartments that are cheap and dirty this place is for you! I'm a compulsive cleaner so I know this roach and mold problem was not caused by me and they better not make me give them MY deposit because I swear I will call the health department on their crappy apartments (Evertime we threaten that to them it seems to shut them up and get them to fix the problem). They know they are doing the wrong thing!

Wow, roaches weren't a prob when I lived there, but you have my heart. The biggest problem (besides having my beautiful new car stolen from in front of my balcony) was the kids. I mean I have kids, and I love kids; I just hate parents who let them run, wander, scream about in the parking lots & around the buildings. One parent accosted me on my way into my building, saying "some day you're gonna run over one of these kids!" ..
