There is now only one washer and dryer in each building, the key pad to get in don't work, the mailboxes don't lock, cops constantly swarming, cars smashed into while the parking lot, cars BROKEN into, and that is if you even get to park on the property, there are no working street lights if any at all, no one is nice, noise everywhere, office staff'...they are all little b!tches
